So, I'm a few weeks late with this post and I really promise to do better guys. Ok so 3 weeks ago ( yea I told you I was late ) a guy that I had been chatting with from Bumble asked me if I wanted to grab a bite to eat. I said yes so it was a date. We met up after he got off work and it was kind of late so there weren't that many options. He suggested a spot that I hadn't been to before so being the foodie that I am I was down.
We matched on Bumble about two weeks prior and had been texting consistently since then. I already got a feel for his personality so it was about everything matching up "in real life". Luckily for me ... it did. He looked like his pictures ( thats always the biggest fear ) and his personality was still great The conversation was on point. I was laughing pretty much the whole time.
The spot we went to had a variety of food. We ended up getting two appetizers and sharing some wings. Those wings were the BOMB. I wasn't trying to look like the fatty that I was so I only ate about four or five wings. Now had I been at wing stop or buffalo wild wings I probably could have taken down at least 10 and some fries. We had mad wings left over. When he paid the bill our waiter asked if we wanted a to go box for the wings and he said NO. I'm not gonna lie ya'll, my heart broke. Boys II Men started playing in the background.... "It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday". The whole ride home I kept thinking about how I should have spoken up and gotten the to go box. LMAO What matters the most is that I had a great time with him.
